VISION

Funded in 1982, Ducas vision is of becoming the most trustable provider of business advice on economic decisions, free of any intervening factors and bias. A non-compromising attitude, (but still gentle and considerate), has placed the firm in a leading position in the corporate market regarding valuations, take-over studies, merger feasibility studies, and definition of long term strategies. Ducas employes state of the art technologies regarding valuations an business planning.

MANAGEMENT

Moshe Azriel is DUCAS's founder and executive director. A graduate of Haifa TECHNION and COLUMBIA University in N.Y., Moshe was in 1971 one of the founders of National Consultants - a subsidiary of EUROFINANCE & BANK LE'UMI that pioneerd the art of corporate consultancy in Israel, serving as its general manager until 1982.

Mr. Azriel holds over 30 years practice in consultancy in the USA, in developing countries like Iran, and in Israel. Moshe is a board member in several locally public traded firms and investment funds, and a lecturer in the subject of Business Valuations in the Israeli College of Administration.
